The Launch fee equals whatever you charge a customer for one standard session. This adjusts automatically to your market, your currency, and your pricing tier. Different sims can have different prices.

Can I use Operate without any simulators connected?

Yes. Operate works as a standalone venue management platform. Use it for booking, payments, memberships, and kiosk check-in without deploying the launcher on any sims. Add Launch later when you're ready.

What if my sims have different session prices?

Each sim's Launch fee is based on its own session price. If you have 6 static rigs at $20 and 4 motion rigs at $40, you pay $120 + $160 for Launch. No blending required.

What happens if I change my session price?

Monthly customers: your Launch fee adjusts automatically. Annual prepay customers: your rate is locked for the term and updates at renewal.

Is $200 the same in every country?

The Operate fee is a flat $200/month everywhere. It covers infrastructure that costs the same to deliver regardless of location. The Launch fee is where pricing adjusts to your local market, because it matches your own session price.

How does Engage (CRM) work?

Every new ShiftOS customer gets Engage free for 6 months. It includes email marketing, SMS, review management, and automations, all connected to your ShiftOS customer data. After 6 months, it's $100/month to continue. Cancel anytime with no obligation.

Are there any setup fees or contracts?

No setup fees. No initial license fee. Month-to-month billing with no long-term commitment. Annual prepay is available for venues that want to lock in a lower rate.

Why not charge a percentage of revenue?

Venues want predictable costs, not a tax that grows as they succeed. A flat monthly fee is easier to budget and still adjusts to your market through the session-price model.
